Stanley H. Kremen - Patent and Computer Forensics Analyst
Stanley Kremen is the Analyst in Patents and Computer Forensics for the New Media Institute. Mr. Kremen is a patent practitioner licensed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

While he has obtained patents for his clients in many different fields, his areas of patent specialization include software, business methods, optics, and physics. In addition, since 1986, Mr. Kremen has been a prominent forensic consultant to attorneys and clients in the area of computer litigation, both civil and criminal. Here, his areas of expertise extend to misappropriation of intellectual property, problems relating to poor performance of purchased computer hardware and software, contract disputes, and computer security issues. He has testified extensively, and he has published and lectured widely.

Mr. Kremen has also been a consultant in the areas of software development, software error detection techniques, project management principles, software and hardware encryption, electronic evidence discovery, and computer security.

Mr. Kremen is also the Managing Partner of Patents Group LLC. He was formerly the Manager of the Mini-Computer Business Systems Group at Peat Marwick (KPMG). He held management, consulting, and senior positions at IBM, Control Data Corporation, and Perkin-Elmer.
