John Spagnuolo is president of the New Media Institute and frequently teaches online public relations and search engine optimization to individuals and organizations. Prior to the New Media Institute, John served as a spokesperson for the insurance industry as a whole and consulted with top communications professionals around the world on using technology in their communications strategies. Cancellations received seven to 14 days before the seminar are subject to a $100 cancellation charge; there are no refunds or credits for those received less than seven days before the seminar date.
